The software support on this disk is designed for the DS1410D button holder. The software on this disk is either new support or upgrades to existing support. Listed below are the contents of this supplement disk. Windows 95 Support for native 32 bit applications running on Windows 95. 16 bit DOS and Windows applications using the sauth300.obj library or DLL will run on Windows 95 without modification. Windows 95 provides the virtual device driver support for the parallel port in the operating system. Location \win95 Win32s Support for Win32s applications running on Windows 3.1 Win 95 and Windows NT. There is support for both Microsoft's Win32s and Borlands Win32s. Running on Windows NT requires the installation of the DS1410D.sys device driver. The device driver is supplied with the DS1410K ver 3.02 software. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
