installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms and \

TallyGenicom permit you customers to use this software which  the \
customers install on, the following conditions.\

Descriptions\

1. You may use this software solely for the purpose utilizing \
    TallyGenicom's products. \
    Copying, transferring or lending this software for the purpose \
    profit-making are not allowed.\
\
2. (1) You may make one copy of this software for backup purpose.\
    (2) You should treat the copied software made by the former \
          article same as the original one and use it.\
    (3) When you make one copy of the software by the first article, \
         you should show the same expression on it as the original one.\
    (4) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble a \

    (5) When you scrap the media which has this soft ware in, delete \
         this software in advance.\

         of this software for the 90 days after purchasing this \
         software, you may exchange other new one without charge.\
    (2) TallyGenicom and copyright holder disclaim the responsibility \
          for the compensation for damage regard with using this \
          software.\

4. You may not modify a part or all of this software. \
    You may not links this software to other software.\
\
5. You may not transfer ,license, or make use of this software  \
    for other person even if charge or free. But you may transfer \
    this software to the other person with its related material, \
    if you bear the responsibility of making the other person to keep \
    this conditions for using this software and you give up the right of \
