update reason:The orange indicator that I circled in red will move from left to
right when a VCD is being played. If I use a mouse to drag the orange indicator
to a new position, e.g. 10mins , the player would not do so. Actually,the player
can go to the new position but only after a very very long wait.
This orange indicator works fine when playing MP3 / CD audio.
(On WinME and WinXP,because DirectX8.0)
